Merry Christmas & Happy Birthday Jesus!
Christmas has always been my favorite holiday because of celebrating the birth of our savior. I also enjoy the family time and all the fun traditions!
The boys really had a great Christmas. It was fun watching Elijah and John Daniel get into the spirit of Christmas. I have talked a lot with Elijah about the meaning of Christmas and explaining to him that it is not about Santa and receiving gifts. We were on our way to mamama's house and we sang 'happy birthday to jesus.' and it made my heart smile:)
We miss Jim so much...it has been a fun day but, very bittersweet. But, i'm trying to not think about the way i feel and practice what i'm teaching my boys...that today is about Jesus and all that He did for us...
